Judge.me How-tos

Choose your next actions to make customer feedback more useful across your store and marketing.
Lesson notes
You have learned how to find useful feedback, draft replies, and help shoppers read and understand your reviews. Now you can choose where to start and make those tasks part of how you manage customer feedback.
Start with a problem your customers keep reporting
A repeated complaint gives you something specific to investigate. Read the reviews to understand what happened, decide what needs to change, and reply to customers who are still waiting for a response.
The same feedback can show you what to explain on your product pages. If customers repeatedly ask about sizing or care, adding clear answers can help future shoppers find that information before buying.
Keep looking at positive feedback too. When customers repeatedly praise a product benefit, you can use their words to help describe it in your marketing. Checking both praise and complaints helps you choose what to improve and what to promote.
Use what you learned in your regular review work
This conclusion brings the course together in a practical order. Start in Judge.me's Reviews dashboard, filter for negative sentiment, and choose a recurring topic. Use AI reply drafts to prepare responses, then check each reply before sending.
Next, make customer feedback and answers easier to find on your pages. AI review summaries give shoppers an overview. Product FAQs and Store FAQs help you draft answers to common questions. Revisit the relevant lessons for review minimums, widget requirements, and the steps to check and publish answers.
Use the latest review widgets to make your reviews readable to AI assistants. If you sell in more than one language, consider review translations. Keep collecting new reviews and return to the topics customers mention as you make changes to your store.
Some features covered in this course are available on the Awesome plan, which you can try free for 15 days.
Choose one task to start with, and use the linked help articles for setup instructions. Keep checking your reviews to decide what to fix, what to explain, and what to say in your next campaign.
