Lesson notes

Your customers already tell you what they like about your products, what went wrong, and what questions they still have. Their reviews can help you improve your store and your marketing, but finding and using that information takes time.

Find useful information in the reviews you already collect

A review might explain why a product fits well, describe a delivery problem, or ask a question about how to use it. When several customers mention the same thing, you can see which problems need attention and which product benefits matter to them.

That feedback can help you decide what to fix, what to explain on your product pages, and what to highlight in your next campaign. It can also help shoppers understand whether a product is right for them.

As more reviews arrive, keeping track of those details becomes harder. Reading every review, writing individual replies, and collecting common questions all take time alongside the daily work of running your store.

Use AI to understand and respond to customer feedback

This course introduces Judge.me’s AI features and shows you how to use them with the reviews you already collect. You’ll start with sentiment and topic filters to find recurring praise and problems. Then you’ll learn how to draft replies with AI and use customers’ own words to guide your campaign messages.

You’ll also learn how to make that feedback easier for shoppers to read. AI review summaries provide an overview of what customers say. Product FAQs and Store FAQs help you prepare answers to common questions, which you check before publishing.

The course also explains how the latest review widgets make your reviews readable to AI shopping assistants, and how translations help shoppers read reviews written in another language.

Each relevant lesson explains the setup requirements. You’ll also learn what to check before sending an AI-drafted reply or publishing an FAQ answer.

Some features covered in this course are available on the Awesome plan, which you can try free for 15 days.
