Judge.me How-tos

Make your customer feedback readable to AI assistants helping shoppers research what to buy.
Lesson notes
A shopper might ask an AI assistant for product recommendations before visiting your store. Making your customer reviews readable to that assistant gives it more information about your products when it prepares an answer.
Share details from customers who have used your products
Your product descriptions explain what you sell, and your photos show what it looks like. Reviews add details from people who have used the product. For example, a customer might describe how a jacket kept them dry in wet weather and include a photo.
Those details can help answer specific shopping questions. A review about fit or comfort may tell a shopper something they cannot learn from the product specifications alone. Recent reviews also add experiences from customers who have bought from you more recently.
Collecting detailed feedback and keeping review requests running are steps you can take regularly. You also need to check that AI assistants can read the reviews displayed on your pages.
Check your widgets and keep collecting detailed reviews
This lesson explains how Judge.me's latest Review Widget and Happy Customers Widget make reviews readable to AI assistants. If your admin shows a widget upgrade banner, follow its steps to update your widgets.
You'll also learn why detailed text, customer photos, and recent reviews matter. Check that your review requests are still going out, and enable photo reviews so customers can show how they use your products.
You can add custom questions about details such as fit, skin type, or height. Choose one or two questions that shoppers often ask, and make the relevant answers public so they appear alongside the reviews.
These steps give AI assistants more customer feedback to read, but they do not guarantee a recommendation or a place in search results. It can take time for changes to appear in assistant answers.
Check your widgets and review requests, then continue to Lesson 8 to learn how to translate reviews for shoppers browsing in another language.
